Ranchaela H. Ward is a senior biology major mathematics minor from Crowley, Louisiana. She attends Spelman College in Atlanta, GA and she hopes one day to become a neurosurgeon. She was born to Harvey and Rachel ward on December 26, 1988 and she has two older siblings, Harchie and Hardell. Ranchaela loves meeting new people and making new friends. Once she was asked to pick one word to describe herself and she responded,

"It's OK! I can give you two, happy and genuine". When not studying for her upcoming MCAT exam, Ranchaela enjoys playing (clarient, saxophone, and violin) and listening to music, watching movies, and just being with her friends and family. Ultimately, Ranchaela wants to use her love of people to live a life philanthropy.
